To be clear, you're talking about DB2 UDB, right? In the UK, for sure "DB2" is very popular, because of all those mainframe installations (and because every AS400 has DB2 USB installed on it whether used or not). But in the UNIX/Linux/NT market DB2 UDB is a marginal player by comparison with Oracle and particularly - as you say - the fast-growing SQL Server. Received on Sun Sep 14 2003 - 12:31:04 CEST
