Oracle 9i installation problems on Win XP

Hi,
I have win XP and I need to install oracle 9i on it. I can't even
start he installation.
The error I receive when I click the setup.exe is the following: Java
Virtual Machine, Main class can not be found.
Help me out, thanks.
