Character Scanner Utility Error!!!!

Hi All,



I'm working on oracle 8.1.7.0 version. I'm trying to use Character
Scanner Utility to check the impact of conversion to UTF8. I have
given the following command:



csscan userid=system/manager_at_fisdb user=surveydev tochar=utf8



But, it showing an error "Entry Point Not Found". The following is the
actual


error message..



"The procedure entry point kgrdev2r could not be located in the
dynamic link library orageneric8.dll"



I searched in the net, but i did not get answers.
Can anyone pls help me out in this?
