They certainly are. The question is: is that an implicit certificate of competency in all things Oracle? Or do you think for a split second that Oracle (or ANY other company using cheap Indian labour) is going to hire the most competent and expensive people they can find in India to fill the positions there?

*That* is the problem. *Not* the Indian people.
