Not sure how to do this in Enterprise Manager. Sorry, but here's how I'd do it:

Once Oracle 9i is installed.

* start a command shell
* goto the directory containing your xx.dmp file
* start the import tool ($ORACLE_HOME/bin/imp)
* import the schemas needed.
