Yes, there are some REAL morons out there, and they live to drive Oracle people crazy!
I have several end users just like the IT Wannabe, and they are advising ME about how to fix their "snapshot too old" errors.
I just love it when a minimum-wage clerk thinks that they know Oracle better than I do.
