i think a negative view users is a real detriment to a project. Ive found that most end users are reasonable.

As if you are an expert in everything? I think that is a real flaw with alot of technical people. The holier than thou arrogant view towards users. Ive also found it problematic on projects where people who are specialists in one thing are arrogant about that skill and do not like to discuss it with people who are specialists in something else.

The way I look at is that end-users pay my salary. If they get intolerable its time to find a new job. If not, then I have to deal with it. Received on Mon Jun 30 2003 - 19:37:48 CEST
