Problem with TOAD 7.5 and 9i DB

Hi Everyone,

I recently had to rebuild my test server and decided to install 9i. Done and works fine. Can connect to DB using SQL*Plus. Then installed TOAD on same box and can't connect to DB with TOAD but still OK with SQL*Plus.

Below is the client SQLNet log entry when I try to connect with TOAD.
