upgradation of oracle from 9.0.1.1.1 to 9.2.0.1.0

Hi,
1. in win 2000 serve oracle 9.0.1.1.1 is installed and running. how to upgrade it to 9.2.0.1.0, without uninstalling the existing one.

2. can a dump file exported thru oracle 9.2.0.1.0 imported in oracle 9.0.1.1.1

please help
