how to derive address information from User Data

I have got a data dump which has all user information means first and
last name and Mailing address. But my Mailing Address can have missing
fields too..
I want to derive a unique Househo;d information for an individual user
with ay suppose I have following entries in my dump like:
johndoe_at_yahoo.com 123 main street NY NY 10101 johndoe_at_lycos.com 123 main street NY NY 10101
