Sorting WEST_EUROPEAN

I configured Oracle to sort according to WEST_EUROPEAN (Oracle 8.1.7 and Oracle 9.2).
Oracle skips a few characters is order to sort correctly. For example the charachters '(' and ')' are ommitted during sort.
Does anyone have a complete list of characters being ommited during sort.
