Oracle 9.2.0.2 Installation on Windows XP PRO Box Problem

I just downloaded the 64bit Oracle 9.2.0.2 enterprise...alright I did it last night. When I clicked on the setup file from the disk 1 zip file, I received an error saying that the setup.exe file is not a valid win32 application. Why is that? Is there something that I need to download for example a patch? Any help would be appreciated..
