web.show_document to call report parameter form

i have use 9i app server
but i have face problem on calling report on web when we use web.show_document to call report on web it show parameter form
on html.and show all values of fields on page (like two field of ename ,eno on parameter form then html show all values on page related with these two field not show list box to select values)
but i want show actual parameter form on web like in client-server mode.
