Direct Path APIs & sequences

Hi guys,
I'm using Oracle Direct Path APis to load data from huge files into DB table. I need to use some feature that are provided in SQL Loader like:
generating sequence for DB column for each inserted record. How can I acheive that using DP?

Also I want to split some fileds from the file into multiple columns depending on some criteria, ex. File (Name) --> (DB) [First Name] & [Last Name]
