The official line is that if you get an ORA-00600 error, you should contact Oracle for help. But considering your version, I'd say they will tell you you're on your own. No doubt that some people using this discussion group could possibly help, but certainly not with the amount of info you provide. Info to provide in order for us to help:

- Alert log entries related to the error
- Log files created in user dump directory at same moment than error
- Activities in the database at the moment of error (always when
performing a specific action, when no one connected, ...)
