Problem to discover node in OEM

I have a problem to Discover the database in OEM. The agent, oms all started no problem, when I run discover the node, it finished in 96% then stop in there, I checked in the node the jre process used over 96% CPU, the Oracle database version is 9.2.0. I guess the problem is intelligent agent, how can I test it to make sure the agent is working
