Mod_Plsql DAD problem. Please help!

Hi,
I have a web application with Oracle Apache +
Mod_plsql + Oracle8.1.7 , I have 3 schemas in Oracle
8.1.7 and three DADs to each schema. My first question
is:
Is there any difference between those two URL access?
http://hostname/pls/dad1/schema1.package.procedure (or
without schema1 before package)
http://hostname/pls/dad2/schema1.package.procedure
Second question: we have problem to access first URL
when httpd process number is high but it's fine with
second URL. Both DAD use same configuration in
wdbsvr.app .
What's the reason?
