Instance crash on 9.2.0.3 Solaris 64 bit

Hi,
I have just performed a test upgrade from 9.0.1.3.0 to 9.2.0.3. I took a hot backup of the prod db, and re-created the control file on the new instance. That all went fine, so i did a startup migrate, which went fine, then i tried to run $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catpatch.sql and got the following error :

I Cannot find anyting on Metalinks, anyone got any idea what's going on??
