 My guess is that you are installing from a CD. The CD was created by you downloading the zip-file, unpacking, and burning the files to the CD. Somehow, if the filenames get uppercased, you will get an errormessage stating that you dont have the java envrionment installed-

Try installing from the HD in stead, if that was the case....
