HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden within Oracle 9iAS Portal

Building portal pages works fine. Even run the reports and forms as URLs in these pages through SSO. But after a run of a form or report and returning to the design pages (by clicking "Back" in the browser", I allways get HTTP Error 403 and need to login again. Can anyone help please ?
