Encrypt message using a public key (RSA or DSA)

Hi,

I have to encrypt an account number using a public RSA or DSA key.

DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT isn't suited as it only does DES encryption

DBMS_CRYPTO_TOOLKIT seems to have a lot more than I need.

So question is: is there a simple way to do this. Just encrypt the account number and off it goes to the recipient who has the private key (and thus the ability to decrypt it).
