LDAP in Oracle database 9.2

Hi, All !!!
We are going to use LDAP-technology available with Oracle database 9.2 Everything is OK if we are connecting client 9.2 and Oracle Intenet Directory (OID), using Oracle Net.
But my attempts were unsuccessful when I tried to connect Developer 2000/6i (Forms, Reports) and OID. I suppose, that NET8 in Developer 2000/6i doesn't work with LDAP. Am I right or not?
Are there any decisions of this problem? Any opinions is appreciated.
