Flat file to Oracle

Hi all,
Recently, I need to import data from a lot of flat files to Oracle. And it
will need to be done weekly. I am planning to use sqlldr. But the problem is
these flat files have different number of fields. So, I am wondering does
anyone know a way to generate control file and the sql file from the flat
file?
