unzip error in 8i personal

Hi, I would appreciate any help or useful suggestions regarding an unzip
error I am encountering whilst trying to unzip Oracle 8i personal. The
error message is "JREW has caused an error in JAVAI.dll" and the process
aborts. I recently upgraded to a new PC with Pentium 4 running under
windows ME.
