Limiting connections to a single schema

Is there any way for a listener to be limited as to what accounts can
be accesed through it? I have a database that is used by multiple
internal applications and I now have a need to allow access to the
database for an additional application that will run outside of the
firewall. If I could create a new listener on a new port that could
only access this new schema/application, then I could limit my
exposure a little. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
