1. Ok
2. Not good enough. Everybody's got a LAN. Check with your network administrator and work with that person to make sure you have things configured properly.
3. With current patch sets?
4. Not good enough? Is it 9.0.1 Standard Edition or 9.2.0 Enterprise Edition. It makes a difference
5. This is a big deal. You need to know the parameters used to create the spfile. Check with your DBA.
