CLOB USED WITH MS OLEDEB PROVIDER FOR ORACLE (MSDAORA 1)

We are currently working with oracle 8i and created a table with a CLOB column. The access-application uses Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle latest version.
Our problem: OLE DB does not support CLOB-columns ! Is there a work-a-round ?
