Help with parameters in the INIT.ORA

please, somebody could give me a documentation (or link in the web) from INIT.ORA listing all parameters that I can use to start my database. For example, I have the GC_LCK_PROCS declared in my file. What is this parameter and what happen with my DB if I change this value?
