Oracle has an reporting tool, look at:
http://www.oracle.com/ip/develop/ids/index.html?reports.html I have no experience with the newer versions. I don't also know if it is not more expensive than Crystal Reports.

There is also a reporting tool called
"Business Objects" that some of my colleagues use.
