JDBC drivers on O9iAS Release 2

I need to install JDBC drivers for pstgressql, informix, sybase and SQL Server on my Oracle Application Server 9i Release 2. Where do I install these and what file do I configure or what environment variable I need to set to specify the locatio of these drivers? Any pointer to available documentation would also help.
