Migrating from Oracle 8 to Oracle 9, using Oracle Object for OLE

Hi,

We're in the process of migrating our application from Oracle 8i to 9i, and we're having a few troubles using OO4O. Previously, our application used to use the "internal" user to do a few priviliged things that it needed to do, like in the example below:

ODatabase odb( "DB", "internal", NULL ); if( odb.IsOpen() )
{

Now, since the internal user is not in 9i anymore, I'd like to know how to do the equivalent to the above in 9i. I've tried various things like specifying "/ as sysdba" for the username, but it doesn't work (I guess that's expected).

Any help would be appreciated.
