How do I compare the values of 2 tables (same) on different DataBases??

I have 2 databases (A and B).
Database B ia a copy of database A. But database B has no
constraints(PK,FK,NN,CHECK).
I must check if the values of all tables in database B is valid against the constraints in database A.
Who can tell me how to do this??????
Should i use Dynamic SQL? And how do I do that?
