Oracle A/R: Transactions Forms problem

Can anyone help with a problem in AR?
After perfoming all required setup steps, the TRANSACTIONS form opens up and immediately returns to navigator screen with hourglass. Other forms can still be selected even with hourglass which goes away after selecting different form. I cannot get to transaction screen to manually enter data.
Would appreciate any assistance. I created a TAR but have no successful answer.
