let me know the best book for the Oracle plsq beginner for developer only

I am on the look out for the plsql book for the beginners and for the developers only, not dba. I am newbie to Oracle plsql. I want to learn plsql from scratch. I dont want any DBA backed plsql book. I want the book to have exmaples and good beginner coverage. thanks in advance.
