Stored Procedure Error - Can not bind PL/SQL Records or Cursor References

I am calling a Stored Procedure from C++ ODBC call and getting the following error - "Can not bind PL/SQL Records or Cursor References". I am going through the MFC CRecordset. I am able to open the database and the error comes back when I query the database.
