Make your decision based on the following criteria.

  1. Will I not only enjoy what I will be doing ... but will I enjoy where it will lead me in the future.
  2. What real skills (not just theoretical knowledge) do I bring to the party.

and as the set up for three ... the work environments are very different between the three positions. Java developers don't do damage control at 2:30am or work all weekend long doing upgrades and migrations like DBAs. And Security Specialist likely means living out of a suitcase.

3. Will I enjoy the work environment associated with this position.

At your age it is far to early to worry about where the industry will be in 20 years (no one has a clue) or to be hung up on money. Whatever you make straight out of school will be whatever you make. This is a time to gain experience and build a resume for the future.
