You forgot to mention your platform but since you mention registry at the end of your post....I assume you are on WinXX.

You can use oradim*.exe located at ORACLE_HOME\bin to CREATE/DELETE your database. Use -help to get info on parameters. Received on Sun Jun 16 2002 - 07:31:10 CEST
