Advantage of using 9iAS over other web server for using JSP?

Can somebody put some light on the advantages of using 9iAS over other web servers like Apache/Tomcat, NES etc. for deploying JSP application with Oracle Database?
Is 9iAS providing some ready to use libraries (or some JSP files) to fine tune the JSP application deployment?
