The owner of the package has select privilege granted directly on the table. I've even logged on as sys and granted select on all_tab_columns to the package owner (long shot/stab in the dark). But still when I execute the procedure there is a no_data_found exception on the line of the select on all_tab_columns. I just can't see what the problem is !!!
