OEM 2.2 - Discovery Wizard - Error VNI-4026

Hey there,
finally got the OEM 2.2 installed on my Solaris 2.8 machine, running 8.1.7 SW.
When I start the discovery wizard within the OEM console, and I enter localhost
as the devie to be discovered, it will report back the following error message:
Discovery Failed: VNI-4026 Discovery failed:Error while transferring services.ora from agent:4009
Anyone has some good suggestions? I changed the sysman/temp dir to 777 for world access.
