Oracle and Java...anybody out there using it?

Hi,
I am just wondering whether anybody
is actually using Oracle and Java and SQLJ
right now for implementing any medium to
large scale applications.
We are evaluating the combination but are really concern with the ongoing development of these technologies. As we know they are "technology in the works" and not "stable" in the sense that any version upgrades that we have for any of the software will be a company wide headache.
