Microsoft has greatly enhanced Visio since they aquired this product, as well as the services of Dr. Terry Halpin (InfoModeler), the leading advocate of ORM.

ERWin is a fine tool. Someone should evaluate all of the leading tools to compare them for their own needs. I usually end up using more than one tool to take advantage of their individual strengths.
