Check the line
mts_dispatchers = "CPROTOCOL=TCP)(PRE=oracle.aurora.server.SGiopServer)"

and change it with

mts_dispatchers = "(PROTOCOL=TCP)(PRE=oracle.aurora.server.SGiopServer)"

That might be the problem
