I am trying to understand the Oracle system but I am having a problem visualizing the entire picture.
I know that Oracle is a database creation and management system but where does JAVA and JDeveveloper and all the other Oracle products come in.
If I want to study PL/SQL, SQL+ what do I need to install. I have Oracle 8i personal version installed and I am studying with it but now I feel I have to install 9i, should I?
