Chris,

A couple things to remember
1. Oracle has put files in many directories.

Try some of these things. Assuming you did a plain first option install

Delete the oralce directory
Delete the program files/oracle directory Stop all Services Listener Cache etc

Universal Installer- Uninstall All

Make sure the Services are all removed Something like ServiceMgr+ is better to use
