PRO*C problems in oracle 9i on linux RH 7.1

I am having problem using PRO*C from oracle 9i on linux 7.1.
It gives me errors such as stdlib not found, size_t encountered
when int etc.. expected.
Can some one post his proC config file and env...mk file
associated with PRO*C?
