Sounds like a school assignment. In that case, look up the definitions of foreign key and primary key and figure it out from there.
I will give a real life example: an address is next door to another address. (provides conectedness when numeric portion is not incremental, i.e. the nubers don't increase by 1 or even a constant number from house to house).
