Hi,
I believe the error occurs because there is no space left in TMPDIR. So,
TMPDIR=<AREA WHERE THERE's AMPLE SPACE>
export TMPDIR
for sh, ksh, bash
or
setenv TMPDIR <AREA WHERE THERE's AMPLE SPACE>
for csh
and then try dbca.
