It is explained very well with illustration in "ORacle 8i complete reference"
book by Kevin Loney & ..

Try it out in Page 623 of the same book..

and if u r into ORDB ( 8i stuffs ) here is a question for u too from my side.

How do I make use of an attribute of a clumn object in a trigger ? And next question is ...Can I over ride the default constructor for the 'Type's created by me on racle 8i ?if yes how do that ? ..
