Testing tool for SQL3 (SQL--99)

Does anybody know a Testing Tool for SQL3 (SQL-99) compliance or a resource where i can find it?
I have to archive Oracle and SQL-Server DDL-Skripts in the SQL3 Standard. Therefore i'm looking for a SQL3 Parser, which verifies, that the stored DDL-scripts are really SQL3-compliant. The tool should verify for core and if possible enhanced SQL.
